Please keep in mind that I am a new nail tech/makeup artist and I greatly appreciate your patience during your appointment. All service times are posted as accurately as possible.
Booking Procedures
All appointments and consultations will be booked on this website. We do not accept appointment request via email, phone calls, text messages or any of our social media inboxes. This is to ensure that your appointment is set accurately and professionally. We ask that no additional guests or children attend your appointment with you. Violation of this policy will result in appointment cancelation and your deposit forfeited. We want to promote a relaxing and pampered experience for all clients. You deserve it!
All appointments require a $15 deposit that will be applied to your total balance. All bridal and model makeup appointments will require an additional 25% deposit of the total service price upon receiving invoice and service service agreement. A confirmation email/text will be provided after you book your appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation email/text within 24hrs, please contact us immediately. (Please check all spam block folders and programs)
Please book the correct service for efficient and accurate request. To ensure that every set we do is secure and healthy, we will thoroughly inspect and complete fill ins over another nail tech’s work. However, if the nail structure is damaged, compromised or showing signs of infection, we will refuse to provide any nail services. You will be required to book a soak off service along with a new set if necessary. A fill in over another nail tech’s work will not be guaranteed 100%. If more than 3 nails are missing, you will be charged for a full set.
We request that after your 3rd or 4th fill in, you’ll need to book a soak off service with a new set if deemed necessary by Creative Lee. We do not provide services on injured or compromised nails. NO EXCEPTIONS! We take pride in providing beautiful designs on healthy nails! Free nail repairs are offered up to 5 days after your appointment. After the 5th day, you will need to schedule a nail repair service.
When booking makeup services, please provide accurate information to schedule your consultation, make up trial and event information for bridal services. Please arrive with a clean/bare face with groomed eyebrows. We do not wax, shave, pluck or thread eyebrows.
All confirmed appointments will receive a confirmation email/text along with all policies and location. Cancellation policies will also be provided.
Appointment Changes and Cancellations
If you need to switch your appointment, add an additional service or make a cancellation, you’ll need to contact us immediately to make sure that we can accommodate you requested change. All cancellations need to be made no less than 24hrs prior to your appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit. After 24hrs, your deposit will be forfeited.
Late and No-Show Policies
We offer a 15 minute grace period. We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur and we want to provide the best service possible. If you are running late, please contact us immediately. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. After your 3rd cancelled reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited and you will no longer be allowed to book an appointment with Creative Lee.
For no-shows, you will be charged 50% of the total service, which includes your deposit. After a second no-show has occurred, you will no longer be allowed to book an appointment with Creative Lee. We want to give each client a unique and memorable experience without rushing or taking short cuts. Please be on time.
Payment Policies
All deposits will be applied to your total. We accept cash and credit card payments only. Tax will be applied to all services. We do not accept any third-party app payments. Tips are generously accepted and greatly appreciated! Non-payment will be considered as theft and the local authorities will be called. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
